  • Eggplant contains certain phyto nutrients concentrated in the skin that are great for the brain and improve blood circulation!
  • They are also great for the heart! Eggplants can help lower 'bad' cholesterol when cooked the right way. They are also high in bioflavonoids which help control high blood pressure.
