Cucumber & Basil Infused Water

September 21, 2015/ Veggielution

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cucumber, rinsed, trimmed, and thinly sliced

  • 12 basil leaves

  • 4 c. filtered water

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar (or another 4-cup container that can be covered), cover, and chill overnight, or at least one hour.  You can remove the cucumber and basil before drinking, or leave them in as a garnish.
