WHAT IF I GO ON VACATION OR CAN'T PICK UP MY BOX?
If you know you will be out of town, you are welcome to arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your box for you. This is a great way to help spread the word about Veggielution and our Farm Box program! If someone else is going to come pick up your box, they need to give us your name and pay the $15. If you cannot come on your designated pick-up day or would like to get your box on our other pick-up day, you must call or email by 5pm the Friday before the pick-up. If you do not call ahead and do not come on your designated day, we will donate your box. We cannot offer refunds on forgotten or unwanted boxes.
WHAT IF I COME TO PICK UP MY BOX BUT CAN’T PAY THAT WEEK?

If you cannot come on your designated pick-up day or would like to get your box on another pick-up day, we ask that you email us at email@example.com at least one week in advance. If you do not notify us ahead of time and do not come on your designated day, we will donate your box. We cannot offer refunds on forgotten or unwanted boxes.
DO I QUALIFY FOR A LOW COST?
If you live in the 95116 or 95122 zip codes, or are qualify for CalFresh (Food Stamps/EBT), you qualify for a low cost share! We offer these shares at a reduced price so that Veggielution’s fresh, organic vegetables and the experience of being in a CSA are more accessible to our East San Jose community. To participate in the program, you must attend an orientation and sign our share agreement, committing to all 22 weeks of the season. Orientations will be held in May (dates and times TBA).

HOW DOES IT WORK?
On your chosen pick-up day, you will come to a “market-style” pick-up at our Farm Stand where you’ll pack your own share. There will be a list of what's included in the week's share to guide you as you assemble your box. Some items will be pre-bunched and others you will weigh out on provided scales. Each week there are typically opportunities for you to choose between a few items (e.g. cucumbers or summer squash; basil or cilantro).
