-The Sage-

$1,000 plus

This generous contribution is equal to the cost of paying 2 + youth stipends for our school year youth program. In this program, our Dig Crew youth gain knowledge that will help them become leaders in promoting healthy food at home and in their community

-Urban Farmer-

$501  -to-  $1,000

Your contribution will pay for the equivalent of training 15-30 new workday leaders. We train these volunteers to take a leadership role in guiding other volunteers in tasks at the farm. Educating these leaders helps our volunteer led farm run in an educational and effective way, as well as empowering our volunteers to be leaders in our community.

-Bountiful Harvest-

$301  -to-  $500

This contribution covers the cost of running a six week cooking and nutrition course for 20-40  participants. These important community classes are taught by peer mentors called Promotores. Our Cooking Matters classes teach community members the skill of turning fresh veggies into healthy meals for their families.

-Seeding Change-

$101  -to-  $300

This level of giving equals the cost of materials to educate 50-150 children in our school gardens throughout the course of the year. Our school gardens serve 2 local elementary schools. Through their school garden classes, the children learn a myriad of subjects from math and science, to botany and the environmental studies. These classes offer the kids a chance to get out of the classroom and learn about the world around them through tangible experience.

-Soil Builders-

$1  -to-  $100

Every $25 donated is equivalent to the seed costs for a row of crops.  A 150 foot rows of beans, carrots, tomatoes or other crops can yield up to several hundred pounds of delicious vegetables that will be distributed to the community. This includes the cost of seed, potting mix, irrigation, organic fertilizer, and harvesting supplies to get this healthy produce to our neighbors.

Make a one time donation of any amount or set up an automatically recurring donation.
